If you decode the message correctly, you get sort of a sentence.
Then just google it with quotation marks ("") around it

Maybe you just didn't set the tool to "decipher"?

I think there is some technical problem in this level. When I click on the link door ,the un/pw opens. When I type k***** as u/n and g*t****** as p/w the 403 access denied page comes up. When I go back and click again on the door link ,instead of the un/pw page , the access denied page opens. Please help.
