I'm at the same place, Mystery...I figure the note gives both the u******* and p*******, but I really don't know how. the note translates in a couple ways (it's an imprecise writing system)

Yes, it is imprecise, but it's manageble to translate it correctly - maybe you need 2-3 tries.
Make sure you write out the PW.
